Mode of Functioning

Every decision in ‘The TRIUNE GOD Ministries’ will be taken by using the following procedure, which is according to the WORD OF GOD – HOLY BIBLE (The only Constitution of the Body of Christ):

  • The Managing Trustee should have an initial discussion about the decision to be taken with the Trustees and send the prayer points about the decision to be taken to all the Trustees and all the Department Coordinators.
  • The Trustees and the Department Coordinators should FIRST PRAY and then send their suggestions to the Managing Trustee after verifying that all their suggestions are according to the WORD OF GOD – HOLY BIBLE (The only Constitution of the Body of Christ).
  • The Managing Trustee should take the Final Decision after prayerfully considering all the suggestions and should make sure that the Final Decision is according to the WORD OF GOD – HOLY BIBLE and according to the PERFECT WILL of our FATHER in Heaven.
  • After the Final Decision is made, the Managing Trustee should inform the Trustees and Department Coordinators and should provide the required clarification requested by the Trustees and Department Coordinators.

Department Details

  • Departments will be formed and Department Coordinators will be appointed by the Managing Trustee after discussing with the Trustees. Every Department should have at-least one Coordinator, who is a Trustee and at-least one Coordinator, who is NOT a Trustee. The minimum number of coordinators for every department will be two. The Ministry shall function with five Departments: Prophetic Prayer Department, Campaigns & Evangelism Department, Literature Department, IT Department, and Accounts & Legal Department.
  • The Department Coordinators will work with the Department Volunteers and execute all the functions of the Department. The Functions of the Departments will be assigned by the Managing Trustee after discussing with the Department Coordinators and Trustees.

Prayer Department

Coordinators:

  2. Bro. Magimaidas (Non-Trustee Coordinator)
  3. Bro. John G. P. (Non-Trustee Coordinator)
  4. Sis. Irish Golda (Non-Trustee Coordinator)
  5. Sis. Irin Seminal (Trustee Coordinator)
  6. Sis. Christina Rebecca Durand (Trustee Coordinator)
  7. Sis. Vimala Jeyaraj (Trustee Coordinator)
  8. Bro. Bejoy Matthew (Trustee Coordinator)
  9. Bro. Johnson Jayaraj (Trustee Coordinator)
    Functions:
  • ‘Fast and Pray’ as per the leading of the Holy Spirit and prepare prayer points.
  • Pray for Revelations from our Triune God through Visions, Dreams, and Scriptures or by any other ways inspired by the Holy Spirit and pass on the Revelations to the Trustees and Department Coordinators.
  • Conduct Prayer Meetings, organize prayer groups and circulate prayer points.
  • Update the IT Department about the Prayer Details to be uploaded in the Ministry Website.

Campaigns & Evangelism Department

    Coordinators:

    Functions:
  • Plan and Coordinate Revival Campaigns and Evangelism Missions.
  • Forward the Revival Campaigns and Evangelism Missions Prayer Points to the Prayer Department.
  • Forward the Financial Needs and Legal Aspects of Revival Campaigns and Evangelism Missions to the Accounts & Legal Department.
  • Coordinate with the Literature Department and prepare all the Tracts, Books and other Literature needs.
  • Update the IT Department about the Revival Campaigns and Evangelism Missions Details to be uploaded in the Ministry Website.

Literature Department

    Coordinators:

  2. Sis. Irin Seminal (Trustee Coordinator)
  3. Bro. Bejoy Matthew (Trustee Coordinator)
Functions:
  • Plan and Coordinate Literature Activities.
  • Coordinate with the Prayer Department and Campaigns & Evangelism Department and prepare all the Prayer Documents, Books, Tracts and other Literature needs.
  • Forward the Literature Ministry Financial Needs to the Accounts & Legal Department and coordinate all the Legal Aspects of Literature Content of the Ministry in Websites, Tracts, etc.
  • Update the IT Department about the Literature Ministry Details and Website Literature Content to be uploaded in the Ministry Website.

IT Department

    Coordinators:
  1. Bro. Joel Immanuel. (Non-Trustee Coordinator)
  2. Bro. Johnson Jayaraj (Trustee Coordinator)
    Functions:
  • Plan and Coordinate Website, Media and Other IT Activities.
  • Coordinate with the Other Departments to upload all the Ministry Activities and Content in the Website.
  • Coordinate with the Website Manager.

Accounts & Legal Department

    Coordinators:
  1. Bro. Simon Victor Raj (Non-Trustee Coordinator)
  2. Bro. Jeyaraj Abraham (Trustee Coordinator)
    Functions:
  • Coordinate with all the Other Departments and Manage all the Financial Dealings and Legal Aspects of the Ministry.
  • Coordinate with the IT Department to Upload the Financial Statement in the Website every week.
  • Coordinate with the Auditor & Legal Advisor.
